Update on the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill from Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns

The aim of the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill is to repeal the European Communities Act 1972 and transpose EU legislation already in force in the UK into UK domestic law to prevent a regulatory vacuum occurring on day 1 of the UK’s exit from the EU. Eversheds Sutherland has prepared a podcast where they look at whether the Bill achieves this aim and how it proposes dealing with the problems that will arise from this transposition of EU law.
