If the amendments of the current statutes are approved at the Special General Meeting that is being held just before the AGM then there are nine candidates standing for the election of the Board (five vacancies).
If the proposed amendments are rejected the number of condidates reduces to seven and there are three vacancies on the Board.
The Annual General Meeting is being held on 19 March at Clarion Collection Hotel Valdemars in Riga.
