BritCham Latvia Launches the Baltic–Nordic BritCham Forum

BritCham Latvia is thrilled to announce the launch of a new regional cooperation platform—the Baltic–Nordic BritCham Forum.

Initiated by the British Chamber of Commerce in Latvia, the inaugural Forum will take place in Riga on Monday, 9 November 2026, at the Wellton Riverside SPA Hotel.

For the first time, the Forum will bring together members, business leaders and partners from BritCham Latvia, the British Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania, the British Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, the British Chamber of Commerce in Norway, the British Chamber of Commerce in Sweden, and the British and Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce in Finland.

Marking the conclusion of BritCham Latvia’s 30th-anniversary season, the Forum will launch a new, forward-looking regional tradition—bringing our business communities closer together and creating lasting opportunities for cross-border cooperation.

The Forum will provide a new regional platform for building high-quality business networks, strengthening cross-border cooperation and developing new commercial partnerships. Discussions will focus on the challenges shaping the Baltic and Nordic region, as well as the business opportunities emerging across strategically important sectors. The detailed programme and speaker line-up will be announced shortly.

The Forum is organised by the British Chamber of Commerce in Latvia, in close cooperation with the British Embassy in Riga and its BritCham partners across the Baltic and Nordic countries.

His Majesty’s Ambassador to Latvia, Kathy Leach, said:

Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Latvia, Gordon Latimir, said:

The Forum’s official partners are the British Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania, the British Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, the British Chamber of Commerce in Norway, the British Chamber of Commerce in Sweden, and the British and Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce in Finland.

Founded in Riga in 1996, the British Chamber of Commerce in Latvia is one of Latvia’s longest-established foreign chambers of commerce. For 30 years, BritCham Latvia has operated continuously, adapting its priorities and activities to the changing needs of businesses and its members while promoting economic and professional cooperation between Latvia and the United Kingdom. Today, BritCham Latvia represents approximately 65 members and forms part of the global network of British Chambers of Commerce.
