101 CONTACTS. Networking evening ”Irish Diaspora Abroad – UK” was organized jointly with the Irish Latvian Chamber of Commerce (ILCC). It is a monthly occurrence for the ILCC where honorary consuls, people of Irish descent living in Latvia, and embassies are invited to participate and tell about their homelands.

Mr. Simon Boddy, the Chairman of BritCham, was the key speaker as his mother’s name was Murphy and his antecedents left Ireland (for Newfoundland) in the mid-19th century!!

The event was supported by Irish Emigrant Support Programme.
