As part of the 30th anniversary celebrations of BritCham Latvia, we are delighted to invite our members and friends to a special community evening that brings together experience, reflection, and future perspective.

For nearly 30 years, BritCham members have stood in the middle of Latvia’s political, legal, and economic transformation. From the mid-1990s onward, our community has experienced state-building, regulatory reform, financial crises, rapid growth, EU accession, and the strengthening of governance and transparency. Many of our members have directly contributed to shaping Latvia’s modern business environment.

Now, experienced BritCham business leaders have opened real decision-making moments from their professional journeys and turned them into cases for the next generation.

Business Time Machine – The BritCham 30 Case Challenge is built around authentic business cases inspired by the experience of BritCham members — leaders who have helped shape Latvia’s business landscape. These are not academic simulations, but real strategic dilemmas, real risks, and real turning points.

Student teams from our member business schools —
Stockholm School of Economics in Riga,
RISEBA University of Applied Sciences,
Riga Business School,
and our past member Riga Graduate School of Law —
have analysed these cases and will present their solutions to the BritCham community.

Importantly, this event has been designed by BritCham’s own young members — Anete Gregersone (Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns) and Markuss Zabello (Rietumu banka) — demonstrating exactly why it is engaging and meaningful to be part of our community.

This evening is more than a case presentation.
